You are your thoughts. Everything you say think and do is a direct reflection of the words and images that go through your head. Until you can learn to gain control of these thoughts and change your mindset you may find yourself stuck in an infinite negative loop.
There are several ways that you can change your thought pattern. First don’t check your cell phone for the first hour that your awake. Second, beware of social media. Most of what you see on social media isn’t quite true or as a dramatized version of the truth. Third, start meditating. You’d be surprised that what just 15 to 20 minutes of meditating a day can do for your overall mindset. Fourth, you gotta start working out. The condition of your mind is directly related to the condition of your body. If your body is in good shape it makes it easier to get your mind into good shape. That does not necessarily mean that people with a great body have a great mind. However, it is easier to improve one when the other is in good working order. And fifth stop being a dick.
